He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Williams, Sr. and David A. Williams, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jacomia C. "Jackie" Smalle; his sons, Michael "Mike" Williams (Abby) and Joseph "Joe" Williams; and his siblings, David Williams, Jr. (Vivian), Nora A. Montijo and Susan M. "Sue" Shatto (John).
