He is survived by: his sister-in-law Gail Rogers of Collinsville, Illinois; his nieces, Stephanie Moyer (Kayla) of O'Fallon, Erin Paulson (Anthony) of Auburn and Tarah Nance (Jeremiah) of Collinsville, Illinois; his nephew David Endicott; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zackary Friedmansky, Carsten Paulson, McKenna Paulson, Alyssa, Kaylee Nance, Grayson Harlin, Arianne Paulson and Lincoln Moyer. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
