She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Thompson and Mary Grace Thompson; and her daughter Susan Scott. She is survived by: her husband William A. Scott; her children, Glenn A. Scott (Elizabeth) of O'Fallon, IL and Stacy L. Swift (Robert) of Troy, IL; her grandchildren, Robert E. Swift, Jr., Keith A. Swift, Ryan A. Swift, Alexis P. Scott, Julia E. Roy, Brenden P. Bollmeier and Madyson C. Scott; and her sisters, Carolyn Pope, Brenda Saunders (Don), Janet Geandreau (Dave) and Irene Johnson (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Gail's honor to the Ministries Unlimited Food Pantry in Troy, IL or the American Diabetes Association and will be received at the funeral home.
