She is survived by: her sons, Rick Goforth (Tina) of Highland, IL, Tony Goforth (Karen) of Maryville, IL and Scott Goforth (Jane) of Collinsville, IL.; and her sister Sheila Brunton of Greenwood, IN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
