He was predeceased by: his father Donald C. Sr. Schroen; his stepfather Edward L. Garth; his son Donnie Schroen III; and his uncle Kenny Schroen. He is survived by: his mother Marietta Schroen (Bob); his wife Sharon M. Schroen; his children, Rachel Kaminski (Wayne) and Erik Schroen (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kayla Kaminski (Braden Dyer), Garrett Kaminski (Cailyn Nosbisch), Rylee, Sawyer and Carson Schroen; and his aunt Linda Schroen.
