He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan "Mike" and Wilma Kelly (Kreps); and his brother Spike. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kelly; his children, Mike and Jacklyn Bell; his grandchildren, Matt Anderson and Lily Bell; and his sister Patsy Capps.
He resided at Heartland since suffering a stroke 2 years ago and was taken from us by the Coronavirus.
