She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Franklin and Thelma Franklin (Gamill); and her siblings, Robert, Ralph Franklin, Rosie Davis, Eleanor Kline and Karen Brown.

She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Pfleiger; her children, Mark Pfleiger (Linda) of Colchester, Illinois, Susan Kline (Ron) of Colchester, Illinois and Cindy Middendorf (Mike) of Colchester, Illinois; her grandchildren, Eli Kline (Katelyn), Charlie Kline, Dakotah Middendorf and Nate Middendorf; and her great grandchildren, Paxton and Parker Kline.

In lieu of flowers, the family is encouraging memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the MDH Hospice Program.
