It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Gallagher (Colchester, Illinois), born in Rushville, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Gallagher and Elizabeth Cubik Gallagher; and his siblings, Jim Gallagher and Darlene Dalzell. He is survived by: his son Randy Burton; and his sisters, Dorothy Taylor of Woodale and Carol Allen of Macomb.
