He is survived by: his wife Silvia Kaiser; his children, Angela Rinehart, Paula Rinehart, Christopher Rinehart (Lynn), Darron Steagall (Elizabeth) and Allyn Steagall (Samantha); his grandchildren, Hayden, Isabella, Thomas, Savannah, Destiny, Bessie and Wrenly; and his sisters, Sher Allen and Tonya Steagall. He is also survived by siblings rather than Aunt and nephew.
