He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip McAdam and Eileen Anderson McAdam; his siblings, Phyllis Abney and Russell McAdam; his nephews, Justin Reid, Danney Abney and Dale Abney; and his niece Samantha McAdam.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy McAdam; his children, Elizabeth MacKenzie (Zack), Jenna Adams (Jeff) and James McAdam (Amy Nixon); his grandchildren, Madalyn MacKenzie, Dean and Diana Adams; his brothers, Dave McAdam (Jean) and Randy McAdam; and his pet Ellie May.

Memorials may be made in care of Kings Harvest Pet Rescue, Davenport.
