She was predeceased by: her mother Eileen Phillips (Inman); her stepfather Jimmie Smith; and her sister Lula Minor. She is survived by: her husband Clark L. Swank; her children, Jim Jones (Melody), Kathryn Docherty (Dennis) of New Concord, KY, Clark "Bear" H. Swank, Viola and Kristi Zeitz (Dave); her grandchildren, Jennifer Blaser (Nick), Mike Jones (Jamie), Lindsey Watts (Dale), Dakota Lafferty, Megan Cardillo (Joseph), Cass Swank and Chase Minteer; her great grandchildren, Daylen Blaser, Jackson Jones, Kyla Blaser, Javin Jones, Jaren Jones, Braxten Blaser, Jaylee Jones, Brenden Prine, Garrett Prine, Stormy Prine, Finn Lafferty and Isabelle Minteer; and her siblings, Harvey Smith, Art E. Mills Jr., Gloria Hoover, Steve Mills (Bobbie), Diana Crayne, Betty Moore, Penny Tippet, Robert Mills and Mary Potter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
