He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Carlyle and Gladys Carlyle (Geisinger); his siblings, Donald, Carole Brown, Doris and Donna Jean Powell; and his brothers-in-law, Marty Green and Jim Powell.
He is survived by: his children, John M. Carlyle (Nacole), Melissa Geiger (Troy) and Jeremy Carlyle; his grandchildren, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Timothy, Meriah and Chloe; his great grandchild Remington; and his siblings, Faye "Cookie" Ray (Bill), Muriel Green and Dale Carlyle.
