It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry M. Alstedt of Coal Valley, Illinois, born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Alstedt and Katherine Alstedt (Wyman); his wife Melodee Kehr; his daughter Michele Marshall (Brad); his grandchildren, Haley, Jordan and Isabella; his siblings, Rich Alstedt (Sandy) of Arizona and Susan Holmes (Paul) of Colorado; his brother-in-law Randy Kehr (Cathy); his son Christopher Alstedt; and his brother-in-law Rod Kehr.
