He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel A. Smith and Lola Smith (Glenn). He is survived by: his wife Lori Mabie; his daughter Cherree Blair of East Moline; his grandchildren, Nicole Hollon, Cayla Long and Lincoln Callahan; and his sisters, Liz Zeroth of Moline and Bonnie Kent (Kriss) of Colona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Dusty's memory.
