He was predeceased by: his father Carl Foley; and his sister Natalie Bowman. He is survived by: his mother Lois Foley (Wooten); his wife Tiffany Blad; his sons, Evan Foley, Noah Foley and Eli Foley; and his sisters, Lisa Contreras, Michelle Foley and Blue Grass. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
