It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Fedash of Coal City, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fedash and Ana Fedash (Opremchak-Dzurisko); his wives, Alice Fedash and Betty Togliatti-Fedash; his stepson Mike Togliatti; and his brothers-in-law, Ernest Pierard (Esther), Edward Pierard and David Pierard.
He is survived by: his friend Geraldine Miethke; his children, Michelle Frobish (Robert) of Orlando, Susan Melendez (late Robert) of Napa, Lynda Youskevtch (Joe) of Coal City and Dr. Allison Fedash (Brad Ruff) of Maple Park, Illinois; his stepdaughter Anne Elam (Merle) of Coal City; his grandchildren, Morgan, Thomas, Leslie, Joey Youskevtch, Mike, Lisa Togliatti, Brian, Joanna and Stephanie Elam; his siblings, Richard Fedash of Couer and Dolores Black (Robert) of Grand Ridge; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Pierard of Coal City and Margaret Pierard of Coal City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Those attending the Funeral Mass are kindly asked to wear face masks while in church.
