She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Breneman and Patricia Breneman; her sister Dawn; and her grandchildren, Jareth, Erik, Aurora, Alastor and Jaxdyn.
She is survived by: her husband Paul A. Middleton; her children, Paul C. Middleton (Christina), Jennifer Richards (Naithan) and Jeffrey Middleton (Cailey); her grandchildren, Savannah, Sebastian, Kaylin, Logan, Pandora, Leviathan, Azazel, Lysander, Jayden, Jase and Jaylee; her siblings, Sue Rochnowski (Ron), Sheryl Maloney (Mike), Patrick Breneman (Mary Jo) and Mike Breneman (Jill); and her brother-in-law Philip "Leo" Middleton (Pam). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19, facemasks and social distancing will be required for the visitation and also the funeral service the following morning.
