He is survived by: his spouse Honor Kociss; his mother Betty; his sons, Benjamin Trotter (Abby) of Chillicothe and Nicholas Trotter of Coal City; his granddaughter Gigi Trotter; his siblings, Deborah Kasak (Stephen) of Champaign, Mark Trotter and Noel Trotter (Debi); and his brother-in-law Jay Van Duyne of Coal City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
