She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kratochvil and Irene Kratochvil (Emanuelson); her husband Gary Ulivi; her son Craig Ulivi; her grandson Gavin Ulivi; and her sister-in-law Cathy Kratochvil.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Martis (Allen), Sherrie Wyss (Frank) and Kyle Ulivi (Trisha) of Coal City; her daughter-in-law Caroline Ulivi of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Jaime Frazier (Mike) of Diamond, Devon Albin (Ryan) of Braidwood, Dustin Wyss of Coal City, Delaney Wyss of Coal City, Amanda Smiley (Christopher) of Tucson, Marissa Ulivi of Coal City, Kirsty Ulivi of Tucson, Brandy Beedy (Nick) of Tucson, Paige Ulivi (Fabian Villarreal) of Tucson, Kain Ulivi of Coal City, Drake Eaton of Coal City and Danika Eaton of Coal City; her great grandchildren, Fitz Frazier, Kinley, Reese, Rowan Albin, Lincoln-Pierce Smiley, Caden Shipman, Aiden Beedy, Spencer Beedy, Weilynd Beedy, Gracelyn Villarreal and Evianna Villarreal; her siblings, Lynn Kratochvil of Coal City and Kathy Kuchenbacker (Henry) of Wilmington; and her siblings-in-law, Yolanda Laughlin of Diamond and Bill Ulivi (Janet) of Columbia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
