He is survived by: his children, Sally Bulicek (Richard) of Goose Lake, Suann Querio (Richard) of Goose Lake and Dennis Ursitti (Kim) of Arizona; and his brother Daniel Ursitti (Nancy) of Joliet. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
