It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dolores Baumgarten (Coal City, Illinois), born in Spirit Lake, Idaho, who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harland Emerson and Hazel Finch (McCheyne); and her husband Willard F. Baumgarten. She is survived by: her children, Robin Lee Clayton (Jerry) of Bartlett, Buz Smoots (Jeannie) of Summit and Harland "Terry" Smoots (Vickie) of Coal City; her stepsons, Fred Baumgarten (Dawna) of Arizona, Lee Baumgarten (Holly) of California and Earl Baumgarten (Jan) of Idaho; and her grandchildren, William Corey Clayton, Frank Clayton, Amanda Davis, Jennifer Munsterman and Kira Schmitt. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Dee's memory to: New Hope Presbyterian Church in Coal City or to the American Heart Association.
