He was predeceased by: his parent Beryl W. Brown; and his grandparents, Ruby Grace, Lloyd Allen, Everett and Mildred Nowman.
He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Saben of Coal City; his siblings, Larry Brown of Coal City, Virginia "Ginny" Proffitt (late Gene) of Wilmington, Barbara Lenzie (Dennis) of Braceville, Michael Glenn (Todd) of Homer Glen and Trudy Kulish (Shawn) of Chicago; and also, Roger and Julie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Dave's memory to the V.F.W. St. Juvin Post 1336 in Diamond, Illinois.
