It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Polarek (Coal City, Illinois), born in Morris, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2019, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael of Coal City; her sons, Tyler, Peyton, Shaun and Logan Polarek; her parents, Terry Creasy of Braidwood and Julianne O'Connell (Marty) of Joliet; her siblings, Nichole Creasy (Matthew Pronger) of Channahon and Anthony Creasy of Wisconsin; her grandmother Mary Landa of Crest Hill; her sister-in-law Jeni Curran (Jon) of Hinsdale; her mother-in-law Vicki; her stepfather-in-law Rick Pierson of Hinsdale; and her grandfather Roger George. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to Loyola University Medical Center or blood donation in honor of her memory.
