He is survived by: his wife Pam Schofield of Clay City; his children, Shannon Hohlbauch of Fairfield, IL, William Christopher of Clay City and Teresa Moore (Brent) of Bremen, KY; and his siblings, Darrell Schofield, Janet Steckenrider (David), Melody Sowers (Steve), Angela Hemrich (Carl), Charlie and Sharon Allen.
