He was predeceased by: his grandmother Linda Henry; and his sister Jami Lyn Hamilton. He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Hostettler (Sheila Waller) of Clay City and Kelly Hemrich (Doug) of Clay City; his daughter Elizabeth Hostettler of Oregon; his grandparents, Kenneth Hostettler, Evelyn Hostettler of Clay City, Tony Mock, Sandra Mock of Flora, Tom Hemrich and Ginny Hemrich of Clay City; and his siblings, Cassandra Scott of Altamont and Jared Hamilton (Jeanie) of Olney. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
