He is survived by: his wife Marty Milligan of Clay City; his children, Carl MIlligan (Rose) of St. Louis, MO and Christina VanLauwe of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Zachary Milligan, Brandon Milligan, Matthew VanLauwe and Haley Good; his sister Carolyn Sue Porter of Flora; his great grandchildren, Samuel and James Milligan; and his brother Mike Milligan of Wooster, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Lyle E. "Skip" Milligan of Clay City, Illinois, formerly of Flora, Illinois, died on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
