She was predeceased by: her parents, William Norton and Julia Norton (Handley); her husband Chester H. Foster Sr.; her brothers, William, Jim and Sam Norton; and her sister-in-law Lana Norton.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth W. Foster (Patricia Diane "Cookie") of Bolingbrook, IL; her stepsons, Chester H. Foster, Jr. (Pat) and Dean B. Foster; and her sisters-in-law, Norma and Laurine Norton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Clay City Cemetery or to the family.
