She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Phillips and Violet Phillips (Evans); her husband Noble E. Walker; and her siblings, Lily, Bernie Phillips and Earl H. Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Phillips of Ingraham and Noble H. Walker of Clay City; her stepchildren, Jake Walker of Louisville, Ruth Lashbrook of Patoka and Kay Taylor of Paris; her grandchildren, Stevi Brinkley of Flora, Amanda Walker of Paris, Noble Wayne Walker of Xenia, Savannah Walker and Lanie Nicole Walker of Stone Mountain, Georgia; and her sister Joyce Carpenter of Lawson, Missouri. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses and will be accepted through the funeral home.
