We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Joyce L. Hoffman of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hayes and Anna Hayes (Wargo); and her siblings, Robert Hayes, June, Donna, Nancy, Ada, Letha and Virginia.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Hoffman; her children, Amy Rozner (Jason) of Herculaneum, MO and Jay Hoffman (Shawnah) of Milwaukee, WI; and her siblings, Janice Majercin (Andrew) of Streator, IL, JoAnn Hayes of Streator, IL and Allan Hayes (Evelyn) of Jefferson, OR. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Per the wishes of the family, in lieu of services/flowers, donations to the Richard L Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, IL would be appreciated.
