As Mercedes departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mercedes may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mercedes leaves behind.
She is survived by: her siblings, Remedios Raymundo (Ben Raymundo), Anecia Abustan (Godofredo Abustan), Socorro Franca Todd (Jeffrey Todd) and Floro Alcantara (Eva Alcantara). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Homes & Memorial Park (6200 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
