She is survived by: her nephews, Christopher, Jeremy and Rico Moore; her cousins, Ivory, Michael Phipps, Derell and Justus Howell; her sons, David Lamont Moore (Helen) and Quinell Demon Smith; her grandchildren, Day'Vine Maria and Da'Nae Maria Moore; her siblings, Emily Simmons (Keith), Denise Cunningham, Tabatha, Pamela Moore, Vincent Moore (Sherry), Anthony Moore (Valerie) and Jermaine Moore Sr.; her aunts, Ida, LaDonna Gilmore and Alice Howell; her uncle Phillip Gilmore; and her close friend Mike Brown. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
