Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Hay and Frances A. Boland (Julie); and also, Charles, Rev. Joseph and Marie (Peter Ruzevich).
She is survived by: her husband Martin J. Burns; her children, Basia Nurczewska, Jan McGowan and Larry Morris; her friends, Joanne Kerrigan and Monsignor Pat Pollard; and also, Danielle (Penny), Mary Patricia, Thomas (Joan) and Robert (Carol). She is also survived by brother and 4 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Martin and Patricia Burns Scholarship Fund benefiting children of union members attending Chicago-area high schools would best honor her memory.
