He is survived by: his spouse Eva; his children, Thomas Planera (Gayle), Rita Planera, Teresa Bravo (Marco) and Romana Malinowski (Michael); his grandchildren, Alessandra Planera, Thomas J Planera, Adam Clayton, Madeline Clayton and Paige Malinowski; his parent DeProsperis; and his siblings, Livio Planera (Carmine), Mary Pongelli (late Joseph), Anna Panici (late Ettore), Susan Grilli (Joseph), Raymond Planera (late Mary), Eugene Planera (late Gisa) and Mario Planera.
