II, Carolyn Johnson (Matthew), Felicia Zilligen and Kyle Zilligen; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Soren, Lucas Alan, Hunter Don, Carrie Alice and Jayden; and her siblings, Sharon Wakefield, David Kwasigroch, Chester, Donald and Joseph Kwasigroch.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phyllis' name to , 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105, would be appreciated by her family.
