It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis K. Siebert (Chicago Heights, Illinois), who passed away on July 29, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sibling Eugene Knoll. She is survived by: her children, Alan Siebert (Sharon), Robert Siebert (Richard Gallego) and Kimberly Zilligen (Joseph); her grandchildren, Raymond E. II, Carolyn Johnson (Matthew), Felicia Zilligen and Kyle Zilligen; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Soren, Lucas Alan, Hunter Don, Carrie Alice and Jayden; and her siblings, Sharon Wakefield, David Kwasigroch, Chester, Donald and Joseph Kwasigroch.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phyllis' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105, would be appreciated by her family.
