With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine H. Kozlowski (Chicago Heights, Illinois), who passed away on June 13, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ted; and her siblings, Leo, Edward, John, Ray, Eugene, Leola and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Mary, David Kozlowski (Tammy) and Dan Kozlowski (Julie); her grandchildren, Jack Kozlowski, Nick Kozlowski, Nicole Kozlowski, Glenn Kozlowski, Sean Jensen and Carrie Brockway; her brothers, Henry Nykaza, Wally Nykaza and Jimmy Nykaza; and also Polish Falcon.
