He was predeceased by: his husband Jacquelyn; and his sibling Edward Barker. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Zhe, Edward (Kathy), Timothy (Lolita), Daniel (Lisa), William Barker (Carole), Kathy Dugan, Thomas Barker, Maureen Allie (Dave), Patricia (Judy), Michael and David Barker (Danielle); and his sibling Rita Painter (late Clark).
