Duane Louis Matt, age 43, of Lansing, Ill., formerly of Roseland, Ill, passed away Tues., Oct 1, 1974 in St. James Hopital, Chicago Heights, Ill., as a result of an accident. Survivors: wife, Cletus E., (nee Parson), two daughters, Pamela Jean and Elizabeth Marie Matt, at home; one son, Philip Claude Matt. at home: mother, Norma Jean Matt at Jonesboro, Illinois; two brothers, Lawrence Gene (Carol) of Elk Grove, Ill,. and Gerald L.ee (Marilyn) of Matteson, Ill. one sister, Norma Louisa (Robert) Garza of Dolton, Ill., many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thurs., Oct .3, 11 a.m. at Rosemoor Funeral Home, 17943 Torrence Ave., Lansing, Ill., with Rev. Howard Vandewell officiating, Graveside services Sat., Oct 5, 11 a.m. at Jonesboro Cmetary, Jonesboro, Ill. Visitation Wed. 7-10 p.m., Thursday from time of service until 10 p.m.

Mr. Matt was a Vender-Manager for Canfield Beverage Corp.
