He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Pulec and Skalski Pulec; his brother Tony Mazzocca; and also, Andrew "Chummy" Pulec, Irene Mazzocca, DeNardo Mazzocca and Carmine Mazzocca.
He is survived by: his wife Norinne; his children, Kathi Wegrzyn (Bart), Michael Pulec (Lisa), Sharon Renzetti (Anthony) and Linda Olson (Ed); and his grandchildren, Dominic Renzetti, Alex Renzetti, Christina Wegrzyn, Kailey Pulec, Isabella Olson and Maggie Olson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Andy's name may be made to Vitas Hospice, vitascommunityconnection.org, South Suburban Humane Society, southsuburbanhumane.org/donate or to a charity of your choice.
