He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Ziccardi; his grandson Michael Patrick McArdle; and his brother-in-law Richard Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Melillo (Jodi) and Adrienne McArdle (John); his grandchildren, Emily McArdle and Lauren McArdle Lund (Sergio); his great grandchild Harrison Patrick Lund; his sister Mary Louise Thompson; and his nephews, Mark Thompson (Kathy) and Kevin Thompson (Melissa).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to The American Heart Association or The National Kidney Foundation. (Adrian would likely suggest donations to Illinois Doberman Rescue or P.A.W.S.) Though he will be greatly missed on earth, he joins many beloved family members, friends, and canines in his eternal home.
