She was predeceased by: her father Richard Lontz. She is survived by: her mother Linda Stover Lontz; her husband James Vejvoda; her daughter Alyssa Vejvoda (Fiance') of Chenoa; her sister Lisa Lontz of Crest Hill; her siblings-in-law, Daniel Vejvoda of Las Vegas and Patricia Vaughan (Patrick) of Las Vegas; and her nephews, Richard and Theodore Martin.

Memorials may be made to Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Cancer Fighters.
