She was predeceased by: her parents, Green Rice and Lovie Rice (Harden); and her husband Richard Webb. She is survived by: her children, Richard Webb (Donna) of Newton, Wanda Martin of Hartford, KY, Ritta Tungate of Chenoa and Mitchell Webb (Judith) of Bloomington. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
