Wayne Mingee Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Mingee of Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mingee and Helen Mingee (Walters); and his wife Marilyn Kay Walker. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl A. Hayden of Tilton and Debra K. Millikan (Tom) of Savoy, Illinois; his grandchildren, Chasity Schmidt (Shawn) of Fairmount, Cory L. Allen (Jennifer) of Champaign, Amy Keller (Jim) of Richmond and Ryan Elmer (Chelsie) of Mahomet; his sister Connie (Jerry Armstrong); his aunt Betty Smith of Danville, IL.; his close friends, Marsha Rambow of Champaign and Wayne; and also, David Rambow (Lindsey) of Indiana and Hunter. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
