She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Welch and Mary Welch; her husband Steven D. Finley; her daughters, Vicki and Heather Shoemaker; and her brother Daniel Welch.
She is survived by: her daughter Holli Finley-Crone (Erin); her sister Karen Welch; her grandchildren, Tyler Lang, Rachel Lang, Juliana Finley Gomes, Courtney and Brandi Shoemaker; her great grandchildren, Steven, Riley Shoemaker, Bryson and Serenity Crowder; and her granddaughters, Jennifer Martin, Catherine Bemount and Tammy Dodds.
