He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Ramsburg and Ethel Mae Ramsburg; his stepfather Clyde; and his brothers, Jerry and Ricky.
He is survived by: his wife Annette S. Ramsburg (Robison); his son Todd Ramsburg (Dawn) of Alexandria, Virginia; his granddaughter Madeleine Ramsburg; and his siblings, Donnie Lawson of New London, Patsy Pratt of Walkersville, Kim Lawson of Jefferson and Gina Bowers of Hagerstown, Maryland..
