It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Carter (Cerro Gordo, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindell Gillespie and Opal Gillespie (Daily); her husband Robert Carter; and her sons, David and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Larry D. Carter of Cerro Gordo, Carolyn Stoddard (Bruce) of Monticello and Adrian Allen Carter (Vickie) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Charity Carter, Sarah Henley, Luke Carter, Kaylin Westray, Avery Stoddard, Janina Nelson, Reece Carter and Hannah Carter; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Carter, Isaac Henley, Liam Southard, Olivia Southard and Adelaide Westray.
Memorials may be made to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
