She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank E. Vest and Lorena M. Vest (McKenny). She is survived by: her husband Lyle of Cerro Gordo; her children, Rhonda Alverson (William) of Bloomington, Robert Shoraga (Julie) of Bloomington and Mark Shoraga (Jeanitta) of Monticello; and her sister Virginia Griffin of Decatur. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
