He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cottrell and Ruth Lounsbury; and his brother John Warren Mack. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mack; his sons, Stephen Mack (Debbie), Michael Mack (Vicki), Scott Mack, Gavin McKee (Heather) and Dennis McKee (Melissa); and his sister Carol Lawson (Dexter). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
