He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Gormann and Peggy J. Gormann (West); and his friend Patricia Becker. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Becker; his son Chad Gormann (Lindsay) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Josh Gormann of Centralia and Kambrye Atchison of Centralia; his brother Doug Gormann (Robin) of Centralia; his stepchildren, Thomas "TJ" Smith (Sara) and Jenny Smith of O'Fallon; his nieces and nephews, Traci Mayfield, Brad of Mesa, Doug Gormann, Tanya of Centralia, Melissa Bailey, James of San Diego, CA, Todd "TJ" Gormann, Mary of Centralia, Madison Halfacre and Caleb of Centralia; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brianna Mayfield, Brandon Mayfield, Kylie Gormann, Cade Gormann, Gracey Gormann, Chasey Bailey, Cash Bailey and Walker Halfacre; and his close friend LaDonna (Wynn).
