He is survived by: his parents, Steven Smith (Kathy) of Texico and Toni Meyer (Sligar) of Centralia; his daughters, Lexi Smith of Centralia and McKenna Smith of Centralia; his brother Scott Smith (Ashley) of Aviston; his stepsiblings, Marc Headley of Savannah, Georgia and Leslie Stevens of Centralia; and his grandparents, Sharon Smith of Centralia, Judy Erickson of Centralia and Richard Sligar of Centralia.
Per the family's request, they are asking for memorial donations to family and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to Todd's Family.
